Amazing work with the release of scheduling R2!  I really appreciate all of the time and effort you put into this!  It is so fun seeing the scheduling vision continue to come to life!

Emily is exceptional at work quality. She goes above and beyond her role as creative lead to support key project management activities within budget. I heard numerous times from our key stakeholder that since joining Allina, Emily had done a tremendous amount of work to build trust with the rest of the product team and drive greater collaboration.

There have been zero occasions where I sense pushback from Emily on suggestions or direction.  Emily has embraced guidance and challenges getting to know the m360 product. Emily shows empathy and passion for the client and their success.  I really appreciate this aspect of her client service – it’s not just the work product but the organization and its individuals.

Thanks so much for your insight in the redesign meeting yesterday! It really helped clarify things—I’m realizing I need to block off half a day just to get everything organized now.

Emily is always encouraging those she manages to push boundaries and think outside the box to show clients a better future state, sometimes beyond what they've even asked for. She is not afraid to push back or ask questions, but balances that well with understanding a client's business needs.

Loved seeing all the work from the last few months come together in solid mockups and flows—feels like last week we finally got those lingering questions sorted and onto the roadmap!

Emily has fearlessly met the challenge of taking over the design leadership on this National Grid work. She dove head-first into a new industry domain with confusing and sometimes contradictory concepts and terminology and complex role relationships. She was able to provide meaningful contributions in our client kick off workshops. 

Emily has had a huge hand in my personal career trajectory and I can't thank her enough for being who she is. As I've started shifting my career she has been there along the way and sherpa's me through some difficulties associated with growing leadership. Ultimately, Emily is someone who supports and empowers people. Both as advisees and peers on projects.

Emily is supportive, kind, engaging and is a good mentor to her advisees. She is always good at giving guidance and helping others navigate their career journeys.

As a manager on the ACA Group engagement, Emily has continued to prove her ability to facilitate product design with the client. Emily does an amazing job at assuring that the team is continuing to move forward and stay on track, even in difficult environments. There were times during our project where I felt lost in direction and Emily immensely helped swim through the ambiguity. Lastly, Emily has a strong creative design thinking process that pushes me to think outside the box and pull inspiration from sources that initially aren't at the top of my mind.

Emily is a natural leader and an effective design communicator. She delivers as the design lead for our ACA Group engagement by regularly leading ceremonies, effectively communicating with the client on our team's design pitches, and also being supportive and readily available for the team.

I really value the trust we built. I always appreciateed how she pushed on the work to ensure it was the best it could be. I know my work was better because of her support. I also appreciated the trust she showed in the amount of responsibility she entrusted to me which allowed me to stretch and grow.
